RIL Doula Services

Services are based out of Stafford, Virginia and are available in the surrounding areas of Northern Virginia including Arlington County, Fairfax County, Prince William County, Stafford County and Spotsylvania County. RIL accepts out-of-pocket or FSA payments only.

As of January 2024, Ariel is an approved Tricare birth doula and can help clients submit their claims for reimbursement of birth doula services. Ask Ariel for more details!

 

Comprehensive Birth Doula Support
(includes childbirth education, infant feeding education and lactation support)

RIL has three different service packages to choose to help personalize the support you are looking for. The Grounded, Rooted and Blooming packages all include unlimited virtual support, prenatal visits, continuous labor support and postpartum visits. Some packages include nutrition support, childbirth education and lactation support. Package details are available upon request.

Pregnancy, Birth, Early Postpartum I $1200-$1400

 

Breastfeeding and Lactation Support

Includes virtual or in-person breastfeeding support as well as referrals to advanced lactation counseling services and pediatric dentists as needed

Customizable Packages | $35 per session

 

Childbirth Education

Includes 3 Virtual sessions or 3 In-person childbirth education sessions. Sessions include stages of labor, pain management, birth planning, and partner support. This information goes beyond a hospital birth class to equip you with tips for preparation and coping for childbirth of any kind.
Educational resources are based on the latest evidence based practices Ariel has learned as a Lamaze trained educator.

Virtual or In-person |  $150

 

Doula Dialogues

Quarterly meetups virtually or in-person with local birth workers and supporters of women to help guide your work and journey as a doula. Jump into this great community!
